Gulf Coast Lifestyle Services was founded on a simple premise: the people who own boats and investment properties along this stretch of coast deserve a caretaker who actually knows what they're doing — not just someone with a checklist and a camera phone.
Our founder spent over 25 years running businesses in marine customization, storm damage restoration, HVAC, and spray foam — building a reputation for precision, reliability, and showing up when it matters most. That background in construction and storm repair isn't incidental. On the Gulf Coast, it's essential.
A history in Atlanta real estate and current involvement with one of the largest marine dealership franchises in the country means we bring a level of industry access and investment-minded thinking that most concierge services can't offer.
